Is there any way to get the probabilities for the alignment points in the
alignment file?
(model/aligned.grow-diag-final-and)

Hi,
these alignment points are computed deterministically from the GIZA++
or fast-align mono-directional alignments. You would have to turn to those
programs to get alignment probabilities - which is not a clear concept,
since
reordering also plays a role beyond pure lexical translation probabilities.
Both programs also do not report by default word-level alignment
probabilities.
