Sounds good. I added a small test model to my branch:
https://github.com/moses-smt/mosesdecoder/raw/mjdenkowski/mmsapt-factor-test.tar.gz.
This translates a sample of fr-en news with a Mmsapt, surface LM, and
400-class LM.
