Ok, thank you. Do you think that modifying the function

PUGI__FN char_t* translate(char_t* buffer, const char_t* from, const
char_t* to, size_t to_length)

in the pugixml.cpp file would be a good starting point? If I understand
well, that is the function called by the 'translate' method of the server.

I would leave pugi alone, it's an imported library that's liable to be
overwritten when a new version comes out.

I would prefer that things are implemented as close to Moses as possible to
aid porting
