hi prashant

in the old config file, the 1st reordering weight is the basic distance
reordering weight, the next 6 is the lexicalised reordering.

in the new config file, they're separated into two
[weight]
Distortion0= 0.5
LexicalReordering0= 0.3 0.3 0.3 0.3 0.3 0.3
....
