Hey all, not sure if this is the right place, but wanted to check if
this was normal in the Europarl corpus:

"While the report was being prepared, it was interesting to discuss the
Union' s regional policy in general."

Referring to the extra space between "Union'" and "s". It seems that
there is an extra space before all the 's. Is this a feature or a
bug ? :)

I'm using version 7 freshly downloaded from:

http://www.statmt.org/europarl/v7/es-en.tgz
