Just to let everyone know, the On-Disk phrase-table (usually used for
hierarchical decoding, can be used for phrase-based too. ie. NOT Binary
phrase-table) has been updated to handle sparse scores and arbitrary
properties
If you are using the On-Disk phrase-table and the decoder from the current
github, you must re-binarize your phrase-table.
