Moses build (--with-cmph) fails in OSX 10.9.4 (default install of Xcode and
macports) on moses head. Problems seem to come from StringVector.h in
CompactPT. I've previously rewritten StringVector to get it to compile on
VisualStudio 2013, but that rewrite works only for decoding, not for
creating tables.

I would like to create the tables on OSX so am wondering if there is a
workaround or a way to fallback to a less-picky gcc version on OSX?
