Hi,

within the CASMACAT project we have developed a packaged
version of Moses with a novel CAT tool that is geared towards
individual translators, called the "CASMACAT Home Edition".

You can find some more information about it here:

It is still a bit rough around the edges, but I'd be eager to
assist any effort to try it out.
