processPhraseTable is no longer available. Use processPhraseTableMin, it
creates smaller and faster phrase-tables.

You can also use CreateOnDiskPt, which create slower and bigger phrase
tables, but it can also used for hierarchical models.

i don't think it does, but it shouldn't be too difficult to implement.
