Yep - I had that on.

I took a closer look at my systems this morning - It turns out that setting search-algorithm to 3 (CYK+) will print alignment info when print-alignment-info-in-nbest is enabled, but search-algorithm set to 5 (incremental search) will not

Hi,

Sorry yes, the incremental search code path is different and I not had
these features ported over. Mostly because the existing code assumed
everything had a hypothesis with an accumulated feature vector. But
this should also not be hard to implement since there code is already
there to visit every phrase.
