Hi,
I?ve got a 2-part question:
Does ProbingPT work on gzip?d phrase tables, and if so, does it support phrase tables with multiple factors?
Thanks!

Hey,
Probingpt supports reading from gzipped files but I don't think it supports
factors. I didn't code for factors specifically anyways. I am not sure if
the factor support has to be built into the phrase table or is independent
of it and is part of moses.
Cheers,
Nick

TENTH WORKSHOP ON STATISTICAL MACHINE TRANSLATION
(co-located with EMNLP 2015, 17-18 September, Lisbon, Portugal)
http://www.statmt.org/wmt15/
(*Note slight change in submission date*)
*** CALL FOR PAPERS ***
We invite the submission of scientific papers on topics related to MT.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
* word-based, phrase-based, syntax-based SMT
* using comparable corpora for SMT
* incorporating linguistic information into SMT
* decoding
* system combination and selection
* error analysis
* manual and automatic methods for evaluating MT
* quality estimation of MT
* scaling MT to very large data sets
* neural networks in MT
SHARED TASKS
The workshop will feature five shared tasks:
* a translation task
* an automatic post-editing task
* a task to test automatic evaluation metrics
* a translation quality estimation task
* a tuning task
The tasks have been announced separately and more information is
available on the workshop website.
PAPER SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Submissions will consist of regular full papers of 6-10 pages, plus
additional pages for references, formatted following the ACL 2015
guidelines. In addition, shared task participants will be invited to
submit short papers (4-6 pages) describing their systems or their
evaluation metrics. Both submission and review processes will be
handled electronically.
We encourage individuals who are submitting research papers to
evaluate their approaches using the training resources provided by
this workshop and past workshops, so that their experiments can be
repeated by others using these publicly available corpora.
IMPORTANT DATES
Paper submissions:
Paper submission deadline: June 28th, 2015
Notification of acceptance: July 21st, 2015
Camera-ready deadline: August 10th, 2015

Hi Moses-support team,
I am a beginner of Moses. I have a few questions :1. I found the following error when build the binary language model. I have checked the arpa file, and found some positive value in 3-gram part. How can I handle this ?
????lm/read_arpa.cc:151 in void lm::PositiveProbWarn::Warn(float) threw FormatLoadException'.???
????Positive log probability 0.130482 in the model.? This is a bug in IRSTLM; you can set config.positive_log_probability = ????SILENT or pass -i to build_binary to substitute 0.0 for the log probability.? Error in the 3-gram at byte 134014 Byte: ????134014 ERROR2. I have done a sundanese to Indonesian translation using a very small corpus. I found that the translation using POS tag is worst than without POS tag (only using surface words). It is possible ? Does it mean that there are something wrong the tagging process ?
thank you for your? help.best regards,
