Would any of you know which of the word aligners out there already has a dump method implemented? So that I can train a model, save it, then load and use it on new text. Even if only for the simpler models.

where did you get script/server/moses.py script from? It's not in the
moses repository,

You want to embed the input in a shell script, and feed it to stdin of
moses?
