Actually, it looks like I have a problem is with my mgiza installation. I
had to use the `manual-compile/compile.sh` script with a nonstandard
$BOOST_ROOT. I'm getting the error:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpthread
Here's a log containing a bunch of deprecated warnings and the error above
for compiling executables such as `mgiza`.
Can someone provide tips on how to fix this?
