I had installed moses v2.1.1 on Ubuntu. Do I can make incremental training?

what is it requirement. and how can i do it (Steps and tools)?

it looks like the unit test failed to compile but the executables you
need have compiled. If you see programs like 'moses' in the bin
directory, I would ignore these errors.

i'm not sure why is happens, something to do with static and dynamic
libraries

What platform are you running on? I could not reproduce your error on
Ubuntu 12.04, and valgrind is clean,
