I followed 4 steps in the link :
http://www.statmt.org/moses/?n=Development.GetStarted
and then, before training/decoding
I export

export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=.:/Volumes/disk0s5/MT/mosesdecoder/opt/lib64


my moses installation path: /Volumes/disk0s5/MT/mosesdecoder/

It works for me (both ubuntu and mac.)

May this will also work for you.
