on running the following command

cd ~/working

nohup nice ~/mosesdecoder/scripts/training/train-model.perl -root-dir train \
-corpus ~/corpus/news-commentary-v8.fr-en.clean \
-f fr -e en -alignment grow-diag-final-and -reordering msd-bidirectional-fe \
-lm 0:3:$HOME/lm/news-commentary-v8.fr-en.blm.en:8 \
-external-bin-dir ~/mosesdecoder/tools >& training.out &

I am not able to generate all files on running above command.This
command is from baseline model of Moses , from
http://www.statmt.org/moses/?n=moses.baseline , in Training the
Translation system section.

on running this it should make a moses.ini file in
~/working/train/model . and also produce files related to reordering
msd-bidirectional which will be used in testing corpus.

But files which i get from it , images of it are attached below.To
me its appering as if this command is not getting fully executed due
to some reason, as files related to alignment grow-diag-final are
generated (you can see in images ) but no file related to eordering
msd-bidirectional and instead of it some tmp folders are produced and
it contains some run files. So can any one help me what happening and
what should i do .
