when I try to train it creates this error for the

train-model.perl -external-bin-dir $HOME/mosesdecoder/tools

Hi G/her,

It means you're not running the command in the right dir. Or the file does
not have the correct permission. Please be sure of the location of
train-model.perl and that it has the correct executable permission. I'll
give you details once I am back to my desk.
