Alexandra Birch and I are hiring five researchers in machine
translation. Applicants can be pre-PhD or post-PhD. Apply before 17:00

The researchers will work on EU/EPSRC research projects with the
following goals:

- making translation significantly more robust in environments with
limited training data
- speeding up training and decoding with large machine translation models
- extracting parallel corpora from web crawled data
- working on translation directly from spoken language

These positions are full-time, and fixed term for up to 18 months.
