it compiled successfully on my ubuntu 19.10. My g++ version is 9.2.1. I
installed the boost (v. 1.67) using apt instal.

What are your versions

Dear Moses Community and Devs,

This is an announcement on a related library that started as a Python port
of the tokenizer code in Moses decoder's script.

Initially, the Sacremoses library (which forked off NLTK's code)
inherited the LGPL license from Mosesdecoder. But I think it is
beneficial to allow more permissive license to the tokenizer scripts as
previously discussed on https://github.com/nltk/nltk/issues/2000

The previous attempt to get everyone's agreement on relicensing the
tokenizer had got into some sort of unresponsive wall from some of the
contributors to the scripts.

Thus in this attempt, if it is okay, we are going to recliense the
sacremoses library to a more permissive MIT license. And if there's no
objection to this PR by end of the week (17 Apr 2020), we'll go ahead with
the relicense https://github.com/alvations/sacremoses/pull/93

Thank you again for the consideration!

Regards,
Liling
