Dear Moses's support team,

I had a problem when i tried to run Moses, (decoding step) I get this error
in the middle of loading text phrase table: " ********************killed ".

So i binarised the model i do changes in moses.ini but i still have an
error: " Loading table into memory...Exception: vector::_M_range_check:
__n (which is 1) >= this->size() (which is 1)"

Also, is it necessary to do the tuning before binarising the phrase table?

All the Best!

As far as I know, BTEC is not publicly released. It was provided to IWSLT participants only, in editions when it was used in the evaluation campaign

Hi all,

I'm thinking about implementing some cache-based methods to speed up
feature score evaluation. Hence it'll be interesting to know whether the
factors are shared across sentences, or put it another way, if the same
factor appears in two different sentences, will I get the same Factor
pointer by calling Phrase::GetFactor?

Thanks!

Yes. See FactorCollection.

can you please attach a copy of the moses.ini file

You don't have to tune before binarizing, you should be able to tune with
binarized tables
