Hi dear friends!

I have trained the moses for two languages, but after the training I
am getting really bad results. And there is bunch of misaligned lines.
My guess is that I have problems with my corpus (it consists of about
123000 sentences) but can't exactly figure out what is the problem.
I've checked that every line in the source language file is the
translation of the line in target language file. Can anybody help me
to figure out what my problem is, please?
here is output message while binarising phrase table:
