no, you don't need the word alignments. It's used by new feature functions
but if you're only using standard phrase-based moses, that won't matter

I've ran GIZA++ on cygwin but it occurred an error "Segmentation fault (core
dumped)". i cann't find any config file. Please help me, how can I fix
it.
