i've taken out the code to link it to libboost*-mt
https://github.com/moses-smt/mosesdecoder/commit/c8d6ff05bd8a8735d9915775e4713636a50da22d
I'm not sure how to override it so that it links to the newer version in
preference to the system version. I guess that has to be done with
environment variables.
lets see if this is good enough
