I can see one problem as mentioned in moses.log:

You are linking with the IRSTLM library; be sure the release is >= 5.80.07
moses/LM/IRST.cpp:352:30: error: ?class irstlm::lmContainer? has no member
named ?cmaxsuffptr?

, while you are using IRSTLM 5.80.06.
