Thank you for your comment. I'm new in this field. I already install gcc version 4.9.3. ?May I know where I can get the KenLM and IRSTLM with the full installation documentation. Besides these language models, what Moses's component that I must install for the sentences alignment? For this moment I already have Giza++ 1.0.7.
The result I get when checked for the gcc version installed in my Cygwin machine is shown below.
