When using mosesserver, with the -align and -topt flags noticed that the
first element of the list of alignments does not make sense.
Example from en-es: "my blue car"
Alignment:
{'src-start': -1, 'tgt-start': -1, 'src-end': -1, 'tgt-end': -1},
{'src-start': 0, 'tgt-start': 0, 'src-end': 0, 'tgt-end': 1}
When into the TranslationRequest.cpp printed the target GetStartPos() in
add_phrase_an_info(). The mosesserver output is:
[moses/server/TranslationRequest.cpp:288] Input: my blue car
Translating: my blue car
Line 0: Collecting options took 0.009 seconds at moses/Manager.cpp Line 141
Line 0: Search took 0.091 seconds

In bold the problematic output. Why does it return alignment -1 ?
