Dear all,

I tried using MGIZA to align new data with existing alignment model as
described here:
http://www.kyloo.net/software/doku.php/mgiza:forcealignment

During the alignment of new data mgiza prints several warnings "Model2
viterbi alignment has zero score" or "Hill climbing yielded a zero
score viterbi alignment".
After the alignment some sentences in A3.final files are missing.
Can those things be related?

The data was cleaned with Moses clean-corpus-n.perl script.

Could anyone please tell what might be wrong?

Could you please send the log of the messages you get in your experiment?
having a copy of the config files also might help to figure out the problem.
